Privacy Notice
What we collect when you use the website, and what we do with it.
This notice explains what personal information Berempah Bros collects through this website and how it is used. It is written in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Last updated 12 August 2026.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through a form:
- Contact form — your name, email address, the topic and your message.
- Catering enquiry — your name, contact details and the details of your enquiry (date, headcount, venue).
- Crunch Club — your email address, so we can send occasional updates.
We do not ask for identification numbers, payment details or any sensitive information on this site. Ordering and payment happen on our partner Oddle's own platform, under their privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, arrange catering, or — if you joined the Crunch Club — to send you occasional news. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything you did not contact us about.
Who handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through a third-party form service (FormSubmit) and are stored in our email. Website statistics, if enabled, use Google Analytics in an aggregated form and are not used to identify you personally.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from the Crunch Club at any time — just reply to any email from us, or get in touch below. We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with them.
